Anzhela is an expert in finance with more than 16 years of experience in accounting and tax accounting, financial management, preparation of financial statements under Ukrainian Accounting Standards and IFRS standards, HR management, and recruitment of financial specialists.

For three years, she worked at KPMG in Ukraine as a senior consultant of the tax and legal department and for more than 13 years in top positions as chief accountant and financial manager in international companies of various fields of activity. She has expertise in accounting methodology, tax consulting, restoration of accounting and tax accounting, support, and passing tax and audit for international and Ukrainian companies.

She has considerable experience in setting up and automating management accounting from scratch in various accounting systems and software, organizing the work of the financial function, financial planning and working capital management, budgeting, financial analysis and controlling, and the introduction of electronic document flow.
